Second-year high school student Futaro Uesugi gets excellent grades but comes from a poor family. One day, he meets transfer student Itsuki Nakano who asks him to help her study. However, he refuses and is met with her wrath and anger. Shortly thereafter, Futaro hears from his sister Raiha about a high-paying part-time job tutoring the daughters of a wealthy family.
