Xavier Chavez is a fictional character from the Saw franchise as well as the tertiary antagonist of Saw II. He was portrayed by Franky G. Xavier was an aggressive and ruthless man who earned his living as a drug dealer. However, at one point in his life, he was innocently framed and arrested by Detective Eric Matthews, after the latter had faked the evidence in his case.
