With recent findings from our developer Eladash, he discovered that Vblank allows you to change a game's frame rate, so he added a setting which allows the user to change it. It is located in the advanced tab in emulator settings. You can dynamically change vblank and clock scale while your game is running, to achieve your desired frame rate.
