The Emerald Speedster is a special character in The Flash: Earth Prime. He has not made any appearances in the CW show or the Arrowverse as a whole. There is also no DC Comics character with the name "Emerald Speedster". Superhuman Speed: Like all speedsters, when Q is pressed on the keyboard, the Emerald Speedster is able to run at incredible superhuman speeds. Q has to keep being pressed in order for him to reach his top speed. His speed makes him so fast to the point where he can run on water
