The Spindash is a move from the Sonic series, that has returned in Sonic Speed Simulator. The move curls a player up into a ball, then can be charged by holding down the button for as long as the player wants. When the button is released, it will launch the player forwards with them still curled up in a ball, allowing them to gain more speed from going downhill, although there is less overall control while in a ball. The player can only use the Spindash so long as the energy meter below the spee
