Strastosphere Tower The Stratosphere Las Vegas is an iconic tower, hotel, and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. Stratosphere Tower offers visitors panoramic views of The Strip and surrounding mountains from both indoor and outdoor observation decks. It is owned by Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds, an affiliate of Goldman, Sachs & Co who purchased American Casino & Entertainment Properties which includes the Stratosphere along with three other properties (Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder in Las Vegas and the Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin, NV). The sale closed on 21 February 2008 for $1.3 billion. The property
