Severed Universe (斬（キ）リ離（ハナ）シタ宇宙（ウチュウ）, Kirihanashita Uchū) is a Fourth Generation ability used by Shō Kusakabe. By cooling the area around his body, Shō is able to greatly reduce the heat that causes the natural expansion of the universe and ''chill'' it. As a result, he is able to pause the flow of time.
