quot;Ropey-Face" is a student at Danville High School and one of Vanessa's classmates. On the first day of school after summer break, Johnny is accidentally mutated and runs rampant around the school. To save him, Doofenshmirtz plans on creating an antidote while Perry catches the transformed teenager. Ropey-Face wonders if Perry is a real platypus, but Doofenshmirtz tells him that his nemesis is a deformed man. The class is subsequently split into two groups, with Ropey-Face, Muscles, and a few oth
