Resident Evil 4 fans will be able to get a better idea of whether Capcom's new Resident Evil 4 remake will live up to Shinji Mikami's 2005 original ahead of its release on March 23, 2023. During last night's State of Play February 2023 showcase for PlayStation, Capcom shared a third trailer for Resident Evil 4 that teases the release of a special demo for Resident Evil 4, and while no date was provided, the developer did promise that it will be available soon for both PS4 and PS5 consoles. It's unclear whether this demo is also headed to PC, but all players can expect an experience that includes The Mercenaries, the unlockable, arcade-like minigame from the original that features various Resident Evil staples, such as Albert Wesker.
