Pizzahead is the main antagonist and true final boss of Pizza Tower. He is the true identity of Pizzaface. Pizzahead is a tall and lean humanoid cheese pizza slice wearing a white shirt with a red bow tie, red cheeks, white gloves, blue overalls, brown shoes, and a big red nose. He also holds a brown smoking pipe in his idle animation. He doesn't appear to take anything seriously, and constantly wears a huge grin.
