Not to be confused with Cover Page. Page One is one of the Tobiroppo, the strongest Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates. He is the younger brother of fellow Tobiroppo Ulti. Due to his actions and role, he is a supporting antagonist in the Wano Country Arc.
