Nyanna is a Felinor seller NPC located in Castle Light on the second floor. She has the unique mechanic of selling a rotation of items that changes every hour. Nyanna's shop runs on an hourly rotation. Every hour, she sells 4 items chosen at random from a list. She can sell the same item multiple time, on the same rotation and across multiple rotations.
