Naughty Dog just dropped a trailer for The Last of Us Part II Remastered’s roguelike mode. Dubbed ‘No Return,’ it forces players into dangerous encounters, where getting killed sends them back at the start of the level. Characters can be unlocked through general game progression, with familiar characters like Joel and Tommy not available to play as from the beginning. There are also some gameplay modifiers to make repeated runs interesting and new, alongside special traits assigned to each character. It releases January 19 on the PS5.
