King Neptune is a coelacanth merman and the king of the Ryugu Kingdom on Fish-Man Island. He is also the current patriarch of the Neptune Family, father of Fukaboshi, Ryuboshi, Manboshi, and Shirahoshi, and the husband of the late Queen Otohime.
