The Neighborhood is an area accessed through the Playground. It's where you can visit the estate of any player online on the same server. There are multiple locations to fish in around the map. Some are hidden behind the mountains, and others are in plain sight near the vicinity of some estate locations. The Neighborhood has been available since beta stage.
