Fox Mulder and Dana Scully are minor characters in BlueyCapsules. They are a duo of F.B.I agents assigned to investigate the Missing Children Incident in Hurricane, Utah. While Scully's method of investigation is based in reason and logic, Mulder has a firm belief in the paranormal and extraterrestrial that informs his methods.
