The Mad City (鏡国連合(マッドシティ), maddo shiti, lit. "Mirror Country Union"?) was created in the Mirror World using Izis' Unique Skill, Megalomania by making Shinsha's dreams be brought to life. The residents of the Mad City are the Mads (複製(マッド), maddo, lit. "Duplicate"?), copies of the Originals (本物(オリジナル), orijinaru, lit. "Genuine"?), the residents of Tempest. They resemble the originals though some can take on different appearances or have different personalities.
