Inn items in Darkest Dungeon II are a category of items that can only be used while at the Inn. They confer various bonuses on heroes, including restoring health, reducing Stress, improving Relationships, granting powerful buffs that last throughout the next Region, and even removing Diseases and negative Quirks. Inn items may be obtained randomly on the road, as combat rewards, or purchased from The Hoarder, The Field Hospital, or the Inn itself. New inn items may be unlocked at The Working Fie
