Glacie (pronounced Glay-cee) is a water-talent fairy who arrived in Pixie Hollow on September 20. Glacie is a silent water talent who isn't good at socializing and is very mysterious, unlike her fellow water talents who are very bubbly and talkative. She likes putting roses in her hair. She is, however, a bit unique. Her hair is in two colors, light blue from the top and light blonde on the tips. The explanation for that is the complete opposite of how Tinker Bell and Periwinkle came to be. The
