The First Layer, also known as Scyphozia, is the one of the nine layers of The Depths, embodied with the recently sunken civilization of Celtor. Players are sent here after dying whilst having a stained/rusty health bar, getting killed by the Primadon while it is enraged, being sucked in by a Whirlpool, losing their third and final skull in the Chime of Conflict, dying with the Hollow or Vow of Thorns modifier, dying in a Voidzone or dying in the Voidsea.
