Dr. Joterio(Jotaro Kujo) is a Divine Tower from the anime Jojo's Bizzare Adventures. He is based off his Diamond is Unbreakable appearence from Part 4. Dr. Joterio wears a trench coat with the collar folded back and cuffs that feature the same tessellated pattern as his belts.
