The Clay (Node) is a type of minable node in Stranded Deep. They always appear underwater. Clay nodes are slightly red piles of clay that appear on the east side of every island in lots of 5 to 7. Just like the Rock (Node), it gives 6 of its resource (clay) when mined with a refined pick. Sometimes Clay Nodes spawn a bit too deep into terrain, which, when mined, will either get stuck in structures or fly out at insane speeds. Clay Deposits may also spawn close to the edge of the sea floor, and w
