The Cafeteria is a plot that you can find in-game. It is an incredibly useful food source, containing two sides of multiple types of food to sustain players. If you are with a large group, or even going it alone, it is highly recommended to build a base near or even within a Cafeteria. Since other players may find a Cafeteria as well, having such a large amount of food makes these far more reliable in larger or older servers. Be warned that griefers will likely find a base easier if it is built
