Billy is a clown-like animatronic that always has a large smile on his face. He has a red clown wig and wears a green jumpsuit with a small yellow 'coat' over it. He is never seen performing with the others Showstoppers which might be due to the fact he may have his own special attraction. He has a classic clown nose.
