Ali Larter is known in the Resident Evil series for her role as Claire Redfield in Resident Evil: Extinction; Resident Evil: Afterlife and Resident Evil: The Final Chapter. This was the first movie that Ali played in as Claire. Her character was leading a convoy of survivors throughout the film. The role was originally casted for Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine, but due to scheduling conflicts with Eragon, Sienna could not take on the role and then the producers used Claire to take her place.
