Ahead is an entity that spawns in Floors 3 through 5. Ahead has a 5% chance to spawn in Dark Rooms. Screech will not spawn while Ahead is present. Ahead will always follow the player. It will teleport in front & behind of the player every 5 seconds before it is despawned. The player must look at it while it is following them or they will deal 15 HP of damage. It will despawn once the door to the next room is opened, just like Eyes. Ahead is one of the only entities to not be affected by the Cruc
