SCP-008 is an SCP that appears in Containment Breach. SCP-008 and SCP-008-2 are not the same thing. SCP-008 is a complex prion while SCP-008-2 are those who got infected by SCP-008. SCP-008 is a complex prion and a biological hazard. as of the remastered update part 1, 008 only appears in the 008 rounds (with 750 hp), and is otherwise non-playable during normal rounds. it is unclear why this was removed, but it was likely because players would use this and get many points ruining other player's
